Our position is clear, we were ready and still are ready for serious negotiations, Ukrainian government has decree signed by Zelensky that prohibits to negotiate with current Russian leadership and we do not see any serious attempts on Ukrainian side to engage in negotiations - Russia's top UN Official Nebenzya.
