Philippine Coast Guard accuses China of using laser to deter vessel near disputed area

The Philippine Coast Guard has accused a Chinese Coast Guard ship of shining a laser at a Philippine vessel and temporarily blinding its crew near the disputed Second Thomas Shoal in the South China Sea on Monday, February 6th.
