Archery Records World

Archery World Records are the best performances in the sport of archery. They are recognized and maintained by the World Archery Federation, the governing body for the sport of archery.

There are several different categories of archery world records, including records for the longest distance shot with a bow, the highest score in a single round of competition, and the most arrows shot in a certain amount of time.

The current world record for the longest shot with a bow is held by shooter Horace A. Ford, who shot an arrow a distance of 2,591.5 feet (789.75 meters) in 2002. The highest score in a single round of competition is held by archer So Chaewon of South Korea, who scored 700 points in a 70-meter competition in 2019.
