Emergency Leak service call

On this rainy Super Bowl Sunday we received a call from a homeowner who has substantial leaking on the roof, it has been leaking for sometime, the homeowner due to medical conditions had not been upstairs into that room in many months, went up there Super Bowl Sunday morning, and saw major ceiling damage .
The customers son caulked around the pipe jack but, that did not fully resolve the issue .
I went out and added a temporary pipe collar repair kit and roof cement to hold off any more water entering the attic temporary.
I will give a price to come back out and remove the faulty pipe collar and install new pipe collar, as well as tuneup the entire roof covering any exposed nails or other potential leak spots .
