Quick improvised cocktail.

Recipe:
60 ml - Thyme-Sage infused gin
20 ml - Honey syrup

2 dashes - Bitter
10 ml - Gum arabic mix (Full recipe: https://youtu.be/uxZoRW1N0Qg)
Shake, dry shake, strain in to chilled glass and garnish with fresh leaves of sage and lemon peel.
