Recipe:

Watermelon chunk - 120 gr
Sugar syrup - 15-20 ml
Lemon juice - 10 ml
Passion puree - 10 ml
Vodka - 45 ml
Muddle watermelon and combine all ingredients in the shaker. Skake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with watermelon slice.
