Tom and Jerry
Old and classic cocktail for cold weather period of the year.

Recipe:
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1 b.s
Allspice - 1 pinch
Dark rum - 30 ml
Brandy - 30 ml
Milk or water - 30-50 ml

Separate and whip egg white untill tight foam. Also separately mix egg yolk with rum, sugar and allspice pepper. Again separately mix and warm milk/water with brandy.
Mix all parts together, pour into glass and garnish with nutmeg powder.
