Recipe:
Chammomile syrup - 1 b.s.
Thyme syrup - 1 b.s.
Single malt scotch - 30 ml
Jenever - 30 ml
Stir and strain into rocks glass with ice ball. Garnish with apple chips and Thyme stick.
