Recipe of SENCH-BERRY GIMLET:

Gin infused with strawberry - 25 ml
Gin infused with green tea - 25 ml
Mix of organic acids - 30 ml (or you could use simple lime juice)

Stir in the mixing glass with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with sublimated strawberry.
