Here is Part 05 of the ‘Left Foot Buildup’ series!

In this video, I repeat a steady back-beat with my hands, and combine it with all possible 16th-note patterns we can have in a single beat - from no notes to all four of them and back again - with my left foot, while at the same time performing the fifth of the sixteen patterns (a sixteenth note after a dotted eighth note rest) with my right foot.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
