Playing Half Life Opposing Force For The First Time! - The Other Side of Science

This is one of the more chill games we play, just hanging out, having a good time, exploring some older games with the benefit of hindsight. We played Half Life 1, now we're going to go through and experience those same events through a different pair of eyes. In Opposing Force, you play as a soldier sent to stop Gordon Freeman and contain the alien outbreak at Black Mesa, what will we do, is there any importance at all to this mission? I don't know, but it tells the Half Life story and I get to kill aliens, so it's good enough for me.
