The Roblox Ability Wars Pulse Update introduces the new Pulse ability. How to get Pulse in Ability Wars is by having at least 6k punches and having the Charged Badge. You get the Charged Badge by equipping Magnet ability and having someone that's using Overcharge to charge your magnet.

The Pulse ability in Roblox Ability Wars has an E ability that shoots out a bouncing pulse ball of energy, which does some damage and a brief stun if it hits anyone. This energy pulse ball will bounce off of objects. If you press E again while the pulse is out bouncing around, it will change direction to return to where you are. If the pulse ball doesn't hit anyone, it will eventually explode on its own.

The Pulse ability has a Q ability that does a AoE attack around you. The size and damage of the AoE pulse depends on how much of a glowy aura that you've built up around you. You get this aura by getting hit by other players. So if you take a bunch of punches, you'll build up a pretty strong aura, and will be able to dish out a really strong and big AoE pulse around you with Q. (It took me a while to figure out that getting hit is what drives the growth of the aura).
