Tictac UFO near London Ontario Canada

shortly before looking out my window and seeing what appeared to be a bright light I heard a very loud noise that lasted multiple seconds it sounded like the scream of a jet engine, not sure what the moving light in the sky was but it was not easy to record mainly because of light pollution in the city requiring awhile for my camera to focus, the video was taken around 11:15 PM Eastern standard time with a samsung s20 FE using the open camera app since for some reason the built in Samsung camera app failed to capture the light. all the lights inside my house were turned off so it's not a reflection.
