Recipe (measured with rice spoon)
▶️Sauce: 5 dark soy sauce, 1.5 sugar, 1~2 red pepper powder, 1 minced garlic, 1 sesame oil, 300ml anchovy broth
1️⃣Slice 1 large size tofu (550g) and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Season pork (150g) with half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 rice wine, a little minced garlic, a little sugar, and pepper.
3️⃣Fry the pork in a frying pan
4️⃣Bake the tofu on both sides
5️⃣Put half an onion, stir-fried meat, 2 Cheongyang peppers, half a green onion, and seasoning
6️⃣Sleep on medium heat and turn off the heat when the soup remains moist
