Meaty & CHEESEY Jalapenos

This is a Take on Jalapeno Poppers. Instead of cream cheese, we put meat and cheese then wrap the Popper in Kirkland Bacon. The flavor profile makes it different.
We used three different cheeses including: Kraft singles, Colby cheese and pepper Jack.
The two meats are Beef Hot dogs from Costco and Silva Linguisa.
In the Linguisa popper I put a sautéed strip of yellow onion for added flavor.

They all turned out different and delicious in their own way.
