David Chavez, Jr. is the Treasurer for the El Mirador Homeowners Association, Inc. and does not pay his annual dues. This has been going on for 16 - 19 years. The reason provided by Chavez for his nonpayment is a fabrication. Chavez should be removed from the Board of Directors, permanently banned from future Boards or committees, and a lien placed upon his property until such time as he becomes current on his required dues. He should be treated in exactly the same way he has treated others for the last 16 years.
