First light reveals a flawless draw with plumes of near full bodied chewy smoke with rich notes of a deep black coffee and almost meaty earth with a building spicy heat through the finish. The first third burns perfectly amping up to a full body, keeping the same complex notes and razor sharp burn. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes dropping a solid ash, with the earth and spice dying down replaced by a creamy nuttiness that's very much a part of the rich coffee, all the way through the long finish. Ending at 1 hour the final third continued the flawless performance to the hot nub.
