Super Bowl LVII has finally arrived. The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs battle it out Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, for the Lombardi Trophy as the NFL decides its champion for the 2022-23 season.

Respectively the NFC and AFC champions, the Eagles and Chiefs entered the playoffs as the No. 1 seeds in their conferences, but their paths to this point were quite different. Philadelphia won its two playoff games by a combined 69-14 score, dispatching the division rival New York Giants and the quarterback-less San Francisco 49ers with relative ease. The Chiefs played a pair of more hotly contested games, defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars and defending AFC champion Cincinnati Bengals by a combined 10 points.

On the sport's biggest stage, we'll all be treated to a game filled with stars. MVP Patrick Mahomes and runner-up Jalen Hurts lead the way at quarterback, but Chris Jones, A.J. Brown, Travis Kelce, DeVonta Smith, Lane Johnson, Creed Humphrey and plenty other major names will have a dramatic effect on the game's outcome. Plus, from a storyline standpoint, we have Chiefs coach Andy Reid going against his former team and Eagles coach Nick Sirianni going after the organization that chose not to retain him when Reid took over.

Will it be the Eagles or Chiefs calling themselves champion at the end of the Super Bowl? We'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, keep it locked here with CBS Sports for live updates throughout the day leading into the big game and the Rihanna halftime show.
