Spiritual Aspect of Being Prepared for Survival: You Know Who Else Wants YOU to Be Prepared? Jesus!

Welcome to Firearms of America! Today, I am yet again at my workbench, working on my rig, specifically on my operator belt, changing out some mag pouches since I dropped a couple mags on my previous training day.

And while working on my gear, I wanted to make this video, talking about gear in general, but not from the materialistic point of view, but more so spiritual. After all, if you are not in touch with the spirit, then what is the point of trying to survive anyway? Yet, we all want to survive and be prepared to a certain degree, even when some of us do not understand why. And the reason why is because our savior Jesus Christ (Yeshua) wants us to be prepared.

Here are the parables and part of the scripture that I've mentioned in the video:
6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are but the beginning of the birth pains. 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then many will fall away[a] and betray one another and hate one another. 11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. 12 And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end will be saved. - Matthew 24:6-13

15 “Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!” - Revelation 16:15

35 “Stay dressed for action and keep your lamps burning, 36 and be like men who are waiting for their master to come home from the wedding feast, so that they may open the door to him at once when he comes and knocks. 37 Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes. Truly, I say to you, he will dress himself for service and have them recline at table, and he will come and serve them. 38 If he comes in the second watch, or in the third, and finds them awake, blessed are those servants! 39 But know this, that if the master of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have left his house to be broken into. 40 You also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.” - Luke 12:35-40.

As always, thank you for watching and God bless!
