In this video, I give an overview of some considerations and advance preparation work that is essential for you to do before your clients’ arrival. Such as:

⭕ Reviewing the client’s itinerary.
⭕ Previsit every location on that itinerary.
⭕ Establish points-of-contact (POC) for every location.
⭕ Establish medical and first responder assets ahead of time.
⭕ Locate and note points of ingress and egress
⭕ Establishing primary and secondary routes to locations and more.
