I felt the earthquake last night.

One of the scariest things about jail,

Is the concept of an earthquake or fire because you cannot run.

Your movements are confined to a small space.

They have placed metal doors and obstacles in your way.

For most, it would be impossible to escape.

They would simply need to accept their fate,

For me, I am very concerned about the time it would take.

In a life or death situation,

I fear my Shotokan would puncture the steel doors in time.

I will use this fear to train harder than usual.

Like Andrew Tate or not he has shown us that we need to have a voice and stand up for ourselves.
Its time to wake up and fight back, in this channel i will teach you to defend yourself in hand to hand combat. We will have a basic series which will show you multiple tools some will work for you some will not, choose what works for you. The intermediate series will look at this tools in more depth and the advanced series will show you how to train these tools and execute them, which in turn will help your confidence so when the time comes you will be able to stand your ground. Ideal situation would be to find a good instuctor but this will be a good start. Once we have enough people the videos will go up for private viewing.
