Foghat's "Fool For the City" is mugged by Genesis and their "Land of Confusion" and just like that, today's Segue City Special is ready to go under police protection. These days it doesn't seem to matter whether you live in the usual big city suspects or just medium sized cities, the crime, the grime, the stink, the woke, the drugs, the homeless are all around you and apparently any number of city residents are becoming small town residents. And if want you to really bring it down to Mayberry standards, move to a town that is proud it doesn't have even one traffic light...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
