Rep. Mike Turner says the U.S. should invest in defense systems following balloon incidents

In the aftermath of the alleged Chinese spy balloon incident, Rep. Mike Turner says it’s time for the U.S. to invest in better defense systems to address potential threats.

“The big point is that this is time for the United States to take this as a turning point to invest,” said Turner, “We need more sophisticated radar systems. We have them, we just don't have them deployed to protect the United States. An integrated missile defense system. We've helped invest in Israel having integrated missile defense system. We don't have one ourselves”.
