Kapan Gumba , Visit Kapan if you're interested in Tibetan Buddhism and wish to escape the chaos of Kathmandu. If there isn't a course being taught and there are accommodations available, you can go for a day trip or even stay for a few days. You can observe and experience their everyday activities, converse with the monks, and observe the children playing. The grounds and the gompa are very lovely. You may sense their peace and kindness all around you if you sit for a bit. If at all feasible, phone ahead because entrance is occasionally denied.
