The Ukrainian Nazi who executed Russian POWs

The Ukrainian Nazi who executed Russian POWs and posted the video online has made an "exculpatory" appeal where he actually incriminates himself and acknowledges that he murdered Russian soldiers after they had surrendered their guns.

◾ Apparently he thinks Geneva Convention doesn't apply to the Ukrainian Army and they can make their own rules on how an enemy has to surrender to not be killed.
