Italians protest against Zelensky’s appearance at Sanremo festival

Italians gathered to denounce Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s planned appearance at the closing ceremony of the Sanremo song festival. Protesters held banners and placards bearing messages against weapons deliveries to Ukraine, as they called on authorities to stop politicizing cultural events and dragging Italy into the conflict.
