Fossil hunting on a beach - I find and polish a broken fossil crab [calcite veins]

I had a great fossil hunt down at one of the Miocene era beaches in Canterbury, New Zealand. There were some good pieces of bone around as well as a few nice crabs!

One of the broken crabs looked like it would make for a good project so I took it home and gave it a polish with some nice results.
