Things that are killing your gains - Part Three
Resting too little between sets can negatively impact your fitness progress and overall performance for several reasons:
Decreased Performance: Taking too little rest between sets can lead to fatigue and decreased performance, making it harder to lift the same weight or perform the same number of reps.
Decreased Muscle Gains: Resting between sets allows your muscles to recover, allowing you to perform at your best during each subsequent set. Skipping rest can lead to decreased muscle gains because you are not allowing your muscles to fully recover.
