Air Fryer Chicken Wings with 2 Sauces: Buffalo and Asian Glaze

WINGS (AIR FRYER)
16 chicken wings, raw
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Brush wings with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place in the air fryer at 380 degrees for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Remove and coat in sauce of your choice and serve.

ASIAN SAUCE
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon peanut sauce
3⁄4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Dash red pepper
Sesame Seeds (topping)

Mix together all ingredients (except sesame seeds) over medium heat until combined.

BUFFALO SAUCE
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup hot sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Dash of celery seed
Dash of garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in rest of ingredients until combined and heated through. Remove from heat, cool, and put in container for storage.
