TheCGBros Presents "Life expectancy - Un Mal Pour Un Bien" by ESMA - Living in a cramped apartment, a young couple is looking for a charming house to improve their daily lives. The ideal solution appears to be the house of Colette, an old lady in fragile health. It's a Viager sale, meaning that in exchange for a monthly annuity, they will obtain the house upon her death. But is Colette as fragile as she looks? Oppressé dans son petit appartement, un jeune couple cherche une charmante maison pour améliorer son quotidien. La demeure de Colette, une vieille dame à la santé fragile, apparaît alors comme la solution idéale. Etant une vente en Viager, en échanges d'une rente mensuel ils obtiendront la maison au décès de Colette. Mais Colette est-elle aussi fragile qu'il n'y paraît ?
