The planetary energy is extremely ripe for true transmutation work.
Seeking higher integrity. Meaning not lying to yourself or others. Not manipulating yourself or others to get a controlled outcome.
To stand in integrity is to align with your highest light. Not playing games in a hustle.

At the moment, we have the perfect storm to break through our glass ceiling, working with these energies and stepping into more alignment, shifting perspectives, and releasing old thought programs.

But first, this energy will have you confront those old programs in real time, allowing you to see where your soul alignment is calling you to move forward, breaking the looping patterns of your former behavioural pattern.
Hence the glass ceiling.

Below is a quick outline of the energetic influences -

- Mercury is in Aquarius - the god of the mind, intellect, thought, voice and language.
Our magical capacity to manifest through language, thought, and uttered is so central that we often take it for granted and spend time and energy seeking more power.
Instead, we need to learn to use the power with which we are already endowed and which is constantly replenished as it flows through us in acts of attention.
* Honour Mercury by connecting with the Mercurial element of air — taking an air bath, walking in windy places, breathing deeply and lightening up

- Uranian ruler of Aquarius - "we are the words with which the universe talks to itself."
* Awaken Nature’s raw, experimental drive with ourselves — Uranus, ruler of Aquarius, is the lightning that strikes the circle of habit and turns it into a spiral.

- Pluto works in three phases. Phase one disrupts the outer world and catalyses descent into the Underworld. Phase two is not-knowing. Phase three is the surge of authenticity as the soul rededicates itself to its remembered mission. The more we cooperate with the process, the faster we move through the sequence.
