Mort Sahl on the Warren Commission Report JFK 1966

1966, before the bandwagon and a man who's name I won't mention, because they not only stole information from the DA's office in New Orleans, but would replace it with bullshit resembling it. There's another asshole who spent his life trying to sell his book by bad-mouthing guys after kissing their asses first, and it's in the archives. Tons of documents (letters from this man to others). Very ironic that Mort Sahl got a boost when Senator John Kennedy called Mort his favorite comedian in 1960. Then Joseph Kennedy calls Mort and asks him to write jokes for the Presidential Campaign against Nixon. THEN, when Kennedy is elected, Mort kept satirizing/attacking JFK's administration, even joking about the nepotism of Bobby Kennedy being the Attorney General ("Little Brother Is Watching"), but then his career took a hit because of the sheep mentality, and then Mort considers himself almost blacklisted when he becomes a deputized sheriff for the DA, Jim Garrison, in the New Orleans.... I highly recommend finding/uploading things NOT on YouTube concerning Mort Sahl --- humor and truth, and a wonderful time capsule for those who want to know what an average day was like, or at least what the news of the day were, the language, what his audience laughed at.
