Friday Night Frenzy | Murdaugh Murder Trial Update - Prosecution FINALLY Making Progress?

The Murdaugh murder trial has been one of the strangest things I've seen in a Courtroom in over a decade of litigating cases. We're three weeks into a trial that was expected to take a total of 3 weeks, and it feels like the State has focused a great deal of time presenting evidence of financial crime. That said, it would appear the State made some progress in an exciting end to the week of testimony and evidence.

The trial of former South Carolina attorney Alex Murdaugh is taking place in Colleton County, SC. Murdaugh is accused of fatally shooting his wife, Maggie Murdaugh, and his 22-year-old son, Paul Murdaugh, in the summer of 2021.
