Hi everyone! Try this delicious healthy chocolate banana blueberry protein shake, easy to make in a blender. Ingredients:
Half cup of blueberries
Half of a banana
1-2 scoops of chocolate whey protein
1/2 cup of milk of your choice
1/4 of plain yogurt
1/4 of granola
1 tbsp of chia seeds
You can have it for breakfast or after your workout.
Enjoy!
