Hundreds of #Children Cross #USA #Border into Mexico with NO LEGAL GUARDIANS

The children come in every day and leave every afternoon. No one is physically present to supervise them sometimes. There is no direct handoff for accountability and safety. Children board marked and unmarked transportation and ID is not checked. I don’t know where they take the children when they leave from the border and they are not only using marked school busses. Some are red and white unmarked vans. This video shows some kids being dropped off after school to run the border on their own. Some of the crossing guards did not speak any English yet were working in an official capacity on the border. The crossing guards and a deputy told me my constitutional rights did not apply and that I could not record but #1A of the US Constitution and US case law from Askins v. DHS in 2020 allows it legally. This type of mass border crossing by unaccompanied minors is atypical internationally, and interesting from the perspectives of politics, legality, social behavior, education, healthcare and safety.
