Medical Malpractice Bill Debate-Mark Cisneros

This bill passed the Iowa House and Senate February 8, 2023. It limits the amount of liability a healthcare provider/organization and the medical malpractice insurance company will have to pay out on a serious medical error. This limits the amount paid to a family and violates both the US and State of Iowa constitutions.
