3/4 cup raw cashew nuts soaked in 1 cup water overnight
5 cloves garlic
50g button mushrooms
30g shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup nut milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
sat and pepper to taste
