Ingredients:

Buttermilk: 160ml
Orange Juice: 80ml
Orange zest: 2 teaspoons
Butter (melted) : 85 grams
Egg: 1
Flour: 250 grams
Sugar: 200 grams
Salt: 3/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon
Cranberry's: 100 grams
Walnuts: 65 grams
