TYRANNICAL lawmaker DOES NOT care about Arizona's Open Meeting Law

Supervisor Matt Heinz of the Pima County Board of Supervisors does not care about the Arizona Revised Statutes. He is fine interrupting members of the public during the Call to the Public, despite this likely being a major violation of Arizona's Open Meetings Laws. Heinz MUST resign!!!!
