Rubio: Biden Bragged Of 97% Drop in Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua And Venezuela Migration
Florida Senator Marco Rubio recently tweeted about a video he received of over 100 migrants arriving in the Florida Keys on Tuesday morning, just before President Biden bragged about his new border plan reducing migration from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela by 97%. This tweet illustrates the disconnect between the Biden Administration's rhetoric regarding the success of their new plan and the reality of migrants still attempting to reach the United States. Despite the 97% reduction statistic, people are still fleeing their home countries in search of a better life, and the video Rubio shared serves as a harsh reminder of this fact. The current administration must work to find ways to manage the influx of migrants while continuing to uphold the laws of the United States. Otherwise, further migrant crises are likely to arise.
