Upper Body Session | Arm Day | Bulking Journey Ep 5

In this session i go through how i train my arms on my journey to become bigger and stronger from the skinny kid i am now.

Session:
1) Alternating DB Curls - 3x10
2) Reverse Grip EZ bar curl - 3x15
3) Overhead DB extension - 4x10
I use the reps as a guideline and train to failure on most of these exercises.
