Is The Seventh Day Sabbath Command A Blessing Or A Burden In The Torah? ( Shabbat Shalom Yisra'el )

Mark 2:23-28 (ESV) ~ One Sabbath He was going through the grain fields, and as they made their way, His disciples began to pluck heads of grain. And the Pharisees were saying to Him, “Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?” And He said to them, “Have you never read what David did, when he was in need and was hungry, he and those who were with him: how he entered the house of Elohim, in the time of Abiathar the high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those who were with him?” And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Master even of the Sabbath.”

Or is it a curse and a burden on humanity like many in Protestant Christianity want to imply? Is the holy Sabbath day only for the Jews and the physical descendants of Israel? Is Yahweh's holy Sabbath command bondage? Is the Torah command to remember and keep YAH's 7th day Sabbath holy a hard yoke of slavery? Was the Sabbath made for man or was man made for the Sabbath? What does it mean in the gospels when it says that Yahshua is Master of the Sabbath? Did Yahshua ( aka Jesus Christ / Yeshua ) and His disciples break the Sabbath rest by plucking a few heads of grain? Or did they only violate the traditions of the Jews and the commandments of men? Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath? Is it lawful to fill a genuine need and show compassion on the Shabbat? What are we to remember each Sabbath day and at sabbath services? Were the Jewish religious leaders of Yahshua's day adding to Torah? Do any denominations of Christianity or Hebrew Roots add to the law of YAH ( God ) today? ( Recorded From Phoenix, Arizona )

Yahweh's grace given to us through our savior Yahshua ( aka Yeshua ) does not give us license to continue practicing sin ( the breaking of His laws ). 1st John 2:3-4 reads: "And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He that says I know Him, and keeps not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him". HalleluYAH
