I'm Steve Grabowski, the #LastOldFashionedOpticianâ„¢. I just finished a job I've intended to do for a long time: I put MY prescription glass bifocals into a grandparent's frame which was purchased one block north of what is now my vintage optical shop, #TheSpectacleEmporiumâ„¢ in #OldTownLaramieâ„¢, Wyoming. The frame is from the Roaring Twenties. Do I need a lightning bolt to look like Harry Potter? So if your doctor or optician or that big-box corporate optical store tells you you can't do that with your family heirloom, give me a call. He or she is probably lying (just wants to sell you a new frame.) I can probably do it for you if the frame's in good shape, and it will be a labor of love.
