Is STAKING coming to an END?

Kraken quickly reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission —
They will $30 million penalty for not registering its staking-as-a-service program

This program allowed their customers to earn up to 21% in interest on their crypto.

Kraken also has agreed to immediately terminate this service.

According to the SEC, staking means consumers "lose control of tokens and take on risks associated with those platforms, with very little protection."

This fine now sets the tone, and other exchanges in the sector could be targeted
