Ingredients:

• 500g minced chicken breast
• 170g of bacon
• 1 grated onion
• 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Oil for frying
• Turmeric, lemon pepper and salt to taste
• Parsley to taste

Method:

You can buy ground chicken or put boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a food processor.

Also pass the bacon in the processor and then the onion.

In a bowl, place all the ingredients except the oil. Mix with your hands until you get a compact and smooth dough. Cover with film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Split the dough and with your hands, make a ball with each part and press each one to form burgers.

Heat a non-stick skillet with oil over medium heat. When heated fry until golden.
