Bills I would like to see in the Arkansas Legislator

The State of Arkansas is in need of reform from over a century of democrat control, years of crony capitalism from globalist groups like the Arkansas Chamber of Commerce, and a failing federal government among other things. Most have seen the education reform talking points mentioned by Governor Sanders and there has been other reforms on many issues mentioned. Here is some legislation that I would like to see passed in the Republican Supermajority legislator and signed into law that I have not yet seen filed.

1. Let someone other than Arkansas pay for PBS-
AETN used to be somewhat enjoyable with shows like Reading Rainbow, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood and some British Comedies like Mr. Bean and Are You Being Served. Sadly, their news service repeats narratives and most of the education is now indoctrination. The appropriation bill that gives over $15 million Arkansas Taxpayer dollars to AETN is HB1078. It is scheduled for Joint Budget Committee but has no hearing date yet. A simple amendment that sets the line 7 of page 4 TOTAL AMOUNT APPROPRIATED $6,196,746 and line 9 of page 5 TOTAL AMOUNT APPROPRIATED $8,932,127 to 0 would be just fine.

2. Stop letting local governments take 1st responders hostage in local tax elections
After several sessions, this one should hopefully be the one where special election tax increases are done away with. Representative David Ray has indicated that he will push for that legislation. Having campaigned and defeated several special election tax increases, I have noticed yet another tactic used by local governments. When pushing for another “tourist dollars” scheme or going green pet project, tax increasing local officials will tie police funding with the local millage or sales tax increase in an election. We need legislation that states that any tax increase for 1st responders be for first responders only.

3. Who is writing these bills
Bureaucracies, PR firms, and individuals who actually write the legislation that effects our lives need to be known. Most conservative groups like Arkansas Family Council are proud of the legislation they write and have them framed in their office building. Some other groups, like Impact Management, the Arkansas Municipal League, and Common Ground, need to be named as legislative authors if they did in fact work on something that affects us all. A similar bill is needed for whoever makes campaign material and commercials.
4. Defund and/or nullify the out of control judiciary system
How many lives would have been saved if even 1 state refused to obey Roe V Wade? If a state put handcuffs on any abortionist, threw them in jail, and told any federal official who said otherwise that they would need an army to enforce the so called “right to privacy”. The leftist judiciary in Arkansas has overturned so many great laws and freedoms. Judge Tim Fox, Chris Piazza, and Wendell Griffin are some examples of judges who should have been defunded and impeached 2 legislative sessions ago. Children are being groomed and mutilated by leftist in this red state thanks to court’s ruling in favor of the ACLU, the Chamber of Commerce lawsuit against the SAFE Act. Appropriations to some of these judges should also be set to 0, impeachments should be held, and sheriffs should be handcuffing sickos like Little Rock Pediatrician Natalie Burr. Dr. Burr stated that 4 year olds should decide if they want to “change their gender”
5. Pass a State Sovereignty Bill
SB298 was sabotaged by Governor Asa Hutchinson and some of his buddies in the Arkansas Legislator. Let’s pass a State Sovereignty Bill and take a real stand against Washington DC, the WEF, the United Nations, the CCP, and whatever other Godless, anti-American group that wants to enforce its will on We the People of Arkansas.
