I Made a Copper Rose for my Valentine using a Styrofoam Pattern

In this video I'll be showing you the steps I took to making this Copper Rose. I started out with a piece of 4.8mm Foam board. I cut out the rose using my CNC. I made 2 of them. So the rose would be double sided.
After the rose was cut out, I glued each of them together to make one. I coated it with thinned wall plaster and buried it in dry sand when it was dry. In order to turn this foam rose into a copper rose I need to melt down copper with my propane furnace. Once the copper is melted I pour the molten copper into the foam so it takes the shape of the foam. Now I have an amazing copper rose.
