In this diy video, we continue to construct the cabin in the woods in the Smoky Mountains using both modern and traditional hand tools but are starting another project of building an outdoor forest kitchen in preparation of better tasting food cooked over the grill and in the earthen oven. My daughter and I pull a log from the woodland, mill it on the sawmill and finish setting the floor joist for the kitchen deck. It is coming along well and hope you follow us through the complete building videos to the final stage of the cabin, outdoor forest kitchen, basecamp and future barn on the homestead.
