Abraham dives right in and describes that if we are getting something over and over again it is because we have a vibration going about the manifestation. We are always broadcasting in every moment. The only time we are not broadcasting our powerful signal is when we are sleeping. So what do we do? We must distract, and most of all make a decision that "nothing matters more than the way I feel". Now that does not mean we won't have residual vibrations, but it does mean we are on the right track, and as we move along more deliberately our negative Nancy fades away, just like things did as we grew up. Things faded away from lack of attention. I don't play in my current experience with the barbies I played when I was 7 why? Because I let them fade away, and so can we let our negative Nancy fade to a very distant land. The only thing that can bring her back is an invitation from myself or yourself.
