NYC protesters demand police transparency after death of Tyres Nichols

Protesters gathered outside New York City Hall, calling for more transparency from the New York City Police Department in the wake of the killing of Tyre Nichols. Demonstrators demanded the passage of the 'How Many Stops Act', legislation consisting of two bills which are aimed at enforcing accountability concerning interactions between the NYPD and the public.
